  • Module 7: Navigating the new PACE system
  • Module 8: Time Management, case notes and invoicing
  • Module 9: Implementing service - Onboarding new Participants
  • Module 10: Completing Home and Participant Risk Assessments, Support Care Plans, Service Agreements and Budgets
  • Module 11: Reviewing current supports and services
  • Module 12: Engaging new supports and services
  • Module 13: Networking - How to find the right Providers for your Participants
  • Module 14: Working with Participants in maintaining supports
  • Module 15: Working Collaboratively with Allied Health and Providers and understanding Function Capacity Assessments
  • Module 16: Plan Variations, Change of Circumstance Applications, Plan Reviews
  • Module 17: NDIS Reporting Requirements
  • Module 18: Building capacity and resilience in Participants, crisis planning and prevention
  • Module 19: Boundaries and self care
  • Module 20: Exceeding expectations and working with Participants to ensure they are living their best possible life!
