Staff need to be trained in what to do immediately following an Incident, what information to collect, who to contact within your organisation and what part they will play in the possible investigation and outcome.

Does your software make it easy for them to complete an Incident report? Is it clear what information is needed and guide them step by step? How will they be supported by management?

Was a Risk Assessment needed and completed prior?
